ELVARNIXO Rigging — gravity, negotiated

Stands are the last thing anyone budgets and the first thing that drops a light; the Nihal breaks the pattern — steel where torque lives, serviceable knuckles, castors that brake like they mean it.

Overhead systems are engineered like the ceilings they hang from: rails rated with margin, carriages that glide under load, pantographs balanced so one hand moves what one hand should. We survey, install and certify — paperwork included, because studio insurance reads paperwork, not brochures.

Design & Craft

  • Riser locks hold stated load at any height
  • Load ratings stamped, tested at double before batches ship
  • Two years parts and labour; grip parts stocked fifteen
  • Braked castors and levelling feet swap in minutes
  • Wind-up columns glide under fixtures that matter

Care

Wipe risers dry after exteriors, keep knuckles free of grit, and a drop of dry lube on threads twice a year. Check load pins and safety cables before every overhead rig — thirty seconds that insurance adjusters never get to bill.

Questions, Answered

Do you install rail systems?
Yes — survey, engineering, installation and certification are included in CZ; EU-wide by quote. Ceilings differ; the paperwork always arrives.

Will stands survive location work?
Steel and aircraft aluminium, stainless fasteners, and legs that level on real terrain. Our rental fleet is the torture test.
