Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the Czech Republic and to the member states of the European Union. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Where we deliver
We ship within the Czech Republic and the European Union only. We do not ship outside the EU. If we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you and refund your payment in full.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days within the Czech Republic and 5–10 business days elsewhere in the European Union. Stated times are estimates based on carrier information and are not binding delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Bulky and heavy items
Most orders ship as insured parcels. Ceiling rail systems, boom stands and multi-head kits may ship in several boxes or palletised. For these items we agree the carrier, the delivery date and the final freight cost with you by email or phone before the order is dispatched. If the freight cost differs from the rate charged at checkout, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Delivery is to the kerbside; please ensure the address is accessible to a lorry.
Set-up and mounting
Equipment is delivered boxed with the manufacturer's instructions. Set-up and mounting are the customer's responsibility — we do not provide installation. Ceiling rail systems and wall booms must be fixed to load-bearing structure and their stated load limits observed; if in doubt, have the mounting done by a qualified contractor. Any fixed electrical wiring must be carried out by a qualified electrician; plug-in equipment must be used on earthed outlets as the manufacturer specifies.
Batteries
Battery strobes, battery packs and spare batteries contain lithium-ion cells (UN3480 / UN3481) and are classified as dangerous goods. They are shipped by road within the European Union only, cannot be sent by air, and cannot be delivered outside the EU. Store and charge batteries only with the chargers supplied, and never ship a damaged battery back to us without contacting us first.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or incomplete deliveries
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier where possible, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as you can so we can claim against the carrier. Your statutory rights from defective performance (24 months) remain unaffected.
