The Castor builds rooms that exist only on camera: modular flats joining true and standing plumb, practical windows and doors from the catalogue, and skins that swap from plaster to print between bookings.
Set walls and tables are furniture-grade carpentry with studio-grade cynicism: surfaces that clean, edges that survive castors, and bones that accept clamps, flags and ambition. Delivered flat-packed for assembly on site — the set should never be the reason a shot waits.

Care
Sweep cyc curves with soft brooms only; repaint with the specified coating — others crack at the cove. Motorised axles want a monthly full run; paper rolls store upright. Scuffs on set walls sand and repaint panel by panel.
Questions, Answered
Can the backdrop system carry heavy canvas?
Roll weights and diameters are rated per axle in the specification, with motorised models stating torque honestly. Paper, canvas and effects rolls all have their numbers.
Will the cyclorama crack?
Not if it is built and painted as specified — engineered modules, movement joints and the coating system we supply. Ours haven't; that is why the spec is strict.
