Locations run on amperes and optimism; the Crater supplies the amperes — strobes, LEDs and laptops together, honest draw tables, and recharge paths from wall, vehicle and sun.
Wireless control earns trust by boring reliability: link budgets with headroom, channels that coexist with a convention centre's chaos, and latency low enough to sync at the shutter. Receivers are metal, antennas are replaceable, and everything pairs in seconds because set time is the most expensive currency in the building.

Care
Store batteries at 40–60% charge, cool and dry; cycle monthly when idle. Use the supplied chargers — the management system logs health and warns before a cell fades. Firmware updates keep radios polite in crowded spectrum.

Stated per pack and strobe pairing in the specification — measured with a working modelling-light duty cycle, not laboratory silence.
Are batteries flight-legal?
Watt-hours are printed on each pack and stated in the listing, with the airline threshold noted. Travel cases label everything for security.
