Backdrops are scene changes for photographers; the Lumino runs the theatre — wall, ceiling or truss mounted, controlled from a pocket remote, and honest about every roll weight it carries.

Our systems run seamless, canvas and effects rolls on motorised axles with silent controllers; cycloramas assemble from engineered modules into true, crack-free curves; and every surface takes paint, light and years of feet with equal patience.

Care
Keep castors clean of tape, roll fabrics loosely on their tubes, and let painted surfaces cure fully before the first shoot day. The controller logs motor hours — have drives serviced at a regular inspection.

Can the backdrop system carry heavy canvas?
Roll weights and diameters are rated per axle in the specification, with motorised models stating torque honestly. Paper, canvas and effects rolls all have their numbers.
Can we repaint set pieces?
Yes — surfaces are specified for repainting, and panel-by-panel refurbishment keeps sets alive for years.
