ELVARNIXO Sets — the last thing in focus

Every serious studio eventually wants the wall that isn't there; the Sculptor builds it properly — floor transitions rated for dollies, repaint specs included, and joints designed so the curve reads seamless on camera.

Set walls and tables are furniture-grade carpentry with studio-grade cynicism: surfaces that clean, edges that survive castors, and bones that accept clamps, flags and ambition. Delivered flat-packed for assembly on site — the set should never be the reason a shot waits.

Design & Craft

  • Surfaces take paint, light and years of feet with patience
  • Engineered joints; movement planned, cracks not
  • Coving radii chosen for light, not just looks
  • Coating system supplied; repaint spec included
  • True crack-free curves from engineered modules
  • Delivered boxed for assembly on site

Care

Sweep cyc curves with soft brooms only; repaint with the specified coating — others crack at the cove. Motorised axles want a monthly full run; paper rolls store upright. Scuffs on set walls sand and repaint panel by panel.

Questions, Answered

Is installation included?
No — equipment is delivered boxed for self-assembly, and ceiling or wall systems should be mounted by a qualified contractor.

Can the backdrop system carry heavy canvas?
Roll weights and diameters are rated per axle in the specification, with motorised models stating torque honestly. Paper, canvas and effects rolls all have their numbers.

The ELVARNIXO Promise
