ELVARNIXO Shaping — light is made at the last metre
Parabolics reward precision and punish pretenders; the Tucana is precise — measured beam maps at three positions, silver that keeps its colour, and ribs that replace one by one instead of retiring the instrument.
A parabolic is a precision instrument pretending to be an umbrella: sixteen or twenty-four ribs holding a true curve, a focusing rod that glides and locks, and fabrics whose silver keeps its colour after the two-hundredth assembly. Ours are hand-finished, serialised, and repairable rib by rib.

Care
Open and close by the hub, not the ribs; keep speedrings matched to their fixture; and shake dust from grids rather than washing them. Fabrics keep their neutrality for years if they travel in their sleeves.
Questions, Answered
Grids included?
Where the listing says so; otherwise they are options. Grid angles are true to label — measured, not rounded.
Which mount does it fit?
S-type as standard, with speedrings for the major systems listed in the options. Tell the concierge your fixtures and we confirm fitment before dispatch.
The ELVARNIXO Promise
One standard across the range: if it would not survive our own rental fleet, it does not ship with the ELVARNIXO mark.
